	Director	Celia Tocco Celia Tocco studied animation at the Sainte-Geneviève Institut (Paris), before completing a one-year FCIL course at the ESAAT (Roubaix). A year alternating between studying and working with the Films du Nord gave her the opportunity to work with Nicolas Liguori on the film “The Wind in the Reeds”. She then codirected with Celia Tisserant her first short film, “The Golden Tortoise”. She worked particularly on the graphic universe, character and set design, while also contributing to the direction and animation of the film.
